简要总结

Premature ejaculation is one of the most common male sexual disorders and has a significant impact on quality of life, marital harmony, and psychological well-being. Existing pharmacological treatments have limitations such as side effects and dependency. Yoga has been shown to improve autonomic balance, stress control, pelvic floor strength, and sexual function, but a standardized Yoga module for premature ejaculation is not available.

The present study aims to develop, validate, and test the feasibility of a structured Yoga module for patients with premature ejaculation. After a 20 expert validation of the Yoga module, a single-arm interventional feasibility trial will be conducted on 10 male patients diagnosed with premature ejaculation. All eligible participants will receive the Yoga intervention for a fixed duration of 1 month under supervision.

The study will evaluate the acceptability, safety, feasibility and preliminary effectiveness of the Yoga module in improving symptoms of premature ejaculation.
