入选标准
- •1. 18 years and older patients of either sex.
- •2. Patients presenting with signs and symptoms of
- •Shushkakshipaka.
- •3. Patients presenting with signs of MGD â??
- •a. Ocular dryness.
- •b. Lid margin thickening or irregularity.
- •c. Meibomian gland orifice plugging.
- •d. Cloudy, yellow or frothy meibomian gland secretions.
- •e. Lid margin telangiectasia.
- •f. Meibomian gland capping.
- •4. TBUT >5 seconds.
- •5. Schirmerâ??test >10mm
排除标准
- •cases complicated with acute, chronic, infective conjunctivitis, any specific eyelid disorders, corneal ulcer, dacryocystitis and lagophthalmos
- •2. inflammatory diseases unrelated to M.G.D
- •3. Patient suffering from any systemic disorder or taking any medication which in the opinion of P.I. may affect the outcome of clinical trial
- •4. contact lenes users
- •5. history of ocular surgery within 6 months prior to enrollment in trial
- •6. patient suffering from Steven Jhonson Syndrome and Sjogren Syndrome
