1. According to denture stomatitis, the TCM classification is Yin deficiency damp heat syndrome;
2. The general condition is acceptable, the mental state is good, the life can be taken care of by oneself, and the patient has not been diagnosed with mucosal disease in the past;
3. Patients with upper partial denture or total denture for 6 months or more, aged 50-85 years old;
4. Patients with dentures had symptoms such as mucous membrane redness, bad breath, dry mouth, pain, oral bleeding, angular stomatitis, glossitis, and decreased taste;
5. Candida positive in laboratory culture.
1. Patients with systemic diseases such as HIV, systemic mycosis, liver and kidney dysfunction;
2. Antibiotics, antifungal drugs, immunosuppressants or oral corticosteroids were used 1 month before repair;
3. Oral, maxillofacial and adjacent organ mass and inflammation, salivary gland and duct diseases;
4. Dry mouth syndrome and non Candida mucosal diseases;
5. Wearing bad prostheses that cause obvious trauma or affect oral hygiene in recent 1 month;
6. Those who do not accept traditional Chinese medicine treatment and allergic constitution;
7. Patients who are allergic to fluconazole and its inactive ingredients or other azole drugs;
8. Patients taking terfenadine, cisapride, asmizole, pimozide, quinidine and erythromycin.
