Inclusion Criteria

Age between 18 to 60 years

ASA Grade 1 AND 2

Patients undergoing elective below knee surgeries under regional anaesthesia

Exclusion Criteria

BMI > 35kg/m2

Patients with known allergy to study medications

Patients with coagulation diosorders, neurological disorders, hepatic or renal insufficiency
