Inclusion Criteria
Young adults; normotensive; with family history of hypertension; physically active; without cardiometabolic or chronic-degenerative diseases; not using cardiovascular or psychotropic or vasoactive medications; present a body mass index between 18.5 and 29.9 kg per m2
Exclusion Criteria
Do not smoke; do not ingest sympathomimetics such as coffee, stimulants or alcohol in the last 24 hours prior to each evaluation; do not miss any of the research steps

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Blood pressure measured by the ambulatory blood pressure monitoring method (ABPM), immediately before the interventions and at the intervals of 30, 60 and 90 minutes after the end of the interventions and within 24 hours after the intervention
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Heart rate assessed from the electrocardiogram and within 24 hours after the intervention will be evaluated by Holter®;Muscle blood flow will be collected by the venous occlusion plethysmography technique before and immediately after the interventions;Cardiovascular autonomic modulation using Holter® and MAPA® to assess heart rate and systolic / diastolic BP variability, respectively, within 24 hours after the end of the exercise and control sessions
