1.Patients, who requires an obturator prosthesis, will be selected after primary healing from surgical trauma or acute infection control.
2.Patients, who have at least 2 functional occlusal units
3.Maxillary defects classified under Aramany class I to VI defects or/ and soft palate defects
4.Age group of 18 years & above
1.Physical & psychiatric/ neurological disability that will interfere with the study
2.Patients who have speech impairment not related to maxillary defect
3.Minimum jaw opening of 15mm or less
4.Mouth opening restriction due to fibrosis
5.Patients who had undergone free flap closure or free flap bone reconstruction
6.Patients with TMJ Disorder
