inclusion criteria:patient's willingness to participate in the study and obtain informed consent; Indications put nasogastric tube; Age over 18 years.
exclusion criteria:Lack of patient awareness; Patients with unstable hemodynamic status; Having nosebleeds during the study period; Having problems anatomical nose; Trauma patients; Hypersensitivity to metoclopramide; Medications interact with metoclopramide; Pregnancy;patients with nausea and vomiting will ; If more than two attempts for nasogastric tube insertion is done.
