primigravidae/multigravidae with singleton pregnancy with gestational age of 16 weeks to 20 weeks who are previously normotensive.
Exclusion Criteria
chronic hypertension
gestational diabetes milletus
multiple pregnancies
antenatal women with congenital anomalies
gestational trophoblastic diseases
