Inclusion Criteria

  • 1\. Elective case for surgery undergo to general anesthesia and receive non \- depolarizing muscle relaxant
  • 2\. ASA I\-II
  • 3\. Age 18\-65 year\-old

Exclusion Criteria

  • 1\. underlying disease: Hypertension, hyperthyroidism, arrhythmia
  • 2\. Pregnancy
  • 3\. BMI\>30
