- •2.BMI <35kg/cm2.
- •3.Patients adhered to fasting guidelines

- •4. Hypothyroidism/Hyperthyroidism
- •5. Connective tissue disorder
- •6. Previous esophageal or abdominal surgeries
- •7. Patients on antidepressant drugs
