- •1.ASA1 and ASA2 patients of either sex
- •2.patients aged between 18years to 75 years
- •3.Fasted patients undergoing elective laparoscopic cholecystectomy and other elective surgeries under general anaesthesia
排除标准
- •1.Patient refusal.
- •2.Pregnant women.
- •3.Patient with hip and spine fracture.
- •4.Patient with anatomic abnormalities or pathologies, previous history of surgeries on oesophagus and stomach.
- •5.Body mass index >40.
- •6.Patients with nasogastric tube insitu.
- •7.Emergency surgeries.
