Inclusion Criteria
Patients with greater than 20 teeth present.
Patients with no other systemic diseases and had not received any periodontal treatment in past six months.
Exclusion Criteria
Systemic diseases that increases cortisol levels.
Patients who were on anti-inflammatory drugs or antibiotics in past six months.
Pregnancy and Lactating women.
Diseases related to immune system.
