Inclusion Criteria
1) All patients presenting with resectable and bulky periampullary and pancreatic head tumors planned for pancreaticoduodenectomy will be included in the study.
Exclusion Criteria
1. Unresectable (locally advanced/metastatic) disease
2. Patients refusing consent for the study
3. Synchronous malignancy elsewhere
4. Patients treated with chemo/radiotherapy
5. Patients subjected to an earlier surgical exploration without tumor resection
6. Patients unfit for surgery
