1.Patients of preeclampsia undergoing elective caesarean section:
2.Systolic blood pressure 140-160mmHg
3.Diastolic blood pressure >90mm hg
4.Proteinuria <5g within 24 h
5.Body weight 45 to 70 kg
6.Height-145-165cm
7.Patients without headache, dizziness, and dyspnea
1.Patients not willing to participate in the study.
2. Cases with sepsis, bacteremia or skin infection of local site
3. History of severe hypovolemia, anemia and compromised renal, cardiac or respiratory status
4. Cases with raised intracranial tension
5. History of blood coagulopathies
