Inclusion Criteria
1.Patients of preeclampsia undergoing elective caesarean section:
2.Systolic blood pressure 140-160mmHg
3.Diastolic blood pressure >90mm hg
4.Proteinuria <5g within 24 h
5.Body weight 45 to 70 kg
6.Height-145-165cm
7.Patients without headache, dizziness, and dyspnea
Exclusion Criteria
1.Patients not willing to participate in the study.
2. Cases with sepsis, bacteremia or skin infection of local site
3. History of severe hypovolemia, anemia and compromised renal, cardiac or respiratory status
4. Cases with raised intracranial tension
5. History of blood coagulopathies

Name Time Method To determine the difference in characterstics of nerve block and duration of analgesia in both groups.Timepoint: Baseline to 24 hour postoperative.
