Inclusion Criteria
- •1\.Irreversible pulpitis wrt 16,17,18,26,27,28 indicated for extraction
- •2\.Moderate to severe spontaneous pain
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.Allergies to local anaesthetics or sulphites
- •2\.History of significant medical conditions
- •3\.Intake of any medications
- •4\.Presence of abscess, sinus opening
