Inclusion Criteria
1. Japanese
2. Male or female
3. Subjects aged 20 or more
4. Subjects whose fasting blood glucose is 126 mg/dL or more and HbA1c (NGSP) is 6.5% or more
5. Subjects who have been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes
Exclusion Criteria
1. Subjects who are judged as ineligible to participate in the study by the physician
2. Subjects who cannot receive the intervention on the planned date
