Patients aged 18-65 years,
Cases of alveolitis developed on days 3-5 after tooth extraction,
Patients who have not received alveolitis treatment,
Patients without systemic illness,
Patients who do not exhibit signs of active infection around the tooth extraction socket
Patients under 18 and over 65 years of age,
Patients with systemic illness,
Patients with active infection in the tooth extraction socket area,
Patients who have received alveolitis treatment,
Patients using oral contraceptives,
Pregnant patients,
Breastfeeding patients,
Patients who use tobacco and alcohol,
Patients unable to provide informed consent in person,
Patients with incomplete examination and control records
