Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Healthy female age between 20\-60 years old
- •2\. All skin type
- •3\. No wound or skin diseases on hands
- •4\. Voluntarily join the project
- •5\. Be able to read, understand and provide written informed consent
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Having the history of Hyperallergic reaction
- •2\. Having the history of eczema or psoriasis in any part of the body within 6 months
- •3\. Medical or cosmetic treatment with steroids, antibiotics, NSAIDs, anti\-histamine within 7 days before the study
- •4\. Topical medicine treatment on hands within 3 weeks before study
- •5\. History of major operation within 1 year
- •6\. History of skin cancer within 1 year
- •7\. Pregnancy or lactation
- •8\.Heavy smoker or alcoholic drinker
