Patients scheduled for partial or total pancreatoduodenectomy (open); Patients over 18 years; Written informed consent; Ability of subject to understand character and individual consequences of the clinical trial
Patients having previously received operations on upper gastrointestinal organs (esophageal resection, gastric surgery, splenectomy, liver resection of one or more segments, liver transplantation, pancreas left resection, vascular surgery of the visceral vessels); Liver cirrhosis and other severe liver disease; Bilirubin over 15 mg/dl

Name Time Method Flow rates in the proper hepatic artery, gastroduodenal artery and other relevant vessels for the liver blood supply and their variations during pancreatoduodenectomy.
