- •1. ASA physical status 1 and 2.
- •2. Patients undergoing ear surgeries under general anaesthesia.
- •3. Patients aged 18-60 years of either sex
- •4. Surgeries lasting more than one hour.
排除标准
- •1. Pre-operative sore throat
- •2. Mallampatti class >2
- •3. Allergy to the study drug
- •4. Recent history of NSAID medication
- •5. Smokers
- •6. Asthmatics and patients with COPD.
