- •All obese patients above 18 years and with a BMI = 30 kg/m2 undergoing hernia surgery
排除标准
- •1. known history of allergy or anaphylaxis to cefotaxime or other betalactam antibiotics either proven or suspected
- •2.Pregnancy
- •3.preoperative therapy with antibiotics
- •4.Refusing to consent to the study
- •5.Serum creatinine level greater than 1.3 mg/dl
