Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •ASA class I and II patients with BMI less than 30, undergoing dental surgeries with mouth opening less than 3 cm

Exclusion Criteria

  • •Uncooperative patients,
  • •History of allergy to local anaesthetics
  • •Deranged coagulation profile
  • •History of difficult direct laryngoscopy
  • •Restricted neck movements
