Inclusion Criteria
- •ASA class I and II patients with BMI less than 30, undergoing dental surgeries with mouth opening less than 3 cm
Exclusion Criteria
- •Uncooperative patients,
- •History of allergy to local anaesthetics
- •Deranged coagulation profile
- •History of difficult direct laryngoscopy
- •Restricted neck movements
