Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. ASA grade I \-II
- •2\. BMI OF 18\-30 kg/m2
- •3\. Patient with anticipated difficult airway
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Patients not willing to participate in study and non\-co\-operative patients.
- •2\. Allergy to local anaesthetic(lignocaine)
- •3\. Local pathology at the injection site
- •4\. Any disability limiting the performance of block
