1) Persons who are between 20 and 35 years of age at the time of obtaining consent.
1) Those with difficulty in blood collection due to alcohol allergy or vasovagal reflex, etc.
2) Patients with pre-existing medical conditions (cardiovascular, liver, endocrine, brain/neurological, psychiatric, etc.), taking therapeutic drugs, or having a history of such conditions that may affect the results of the study
3) Persons who are dependent on alcohol or who are found to be in the habit of excessive alcohol consumption
4) Those who have a habit of taking drugs or supplements that affect sleep
5) Those who have engaged in time-lagged travel or shift work at least six months prior to the experiment.
6) Any other person who is deemed inappropriate by the principal investigator.
