Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\.Consenting consecutive males with Grade III\-IV Andogenetic alopecia of modified Hamilton Norwood scale aged 20\-49 years (The diagnosis of AGA will be established on the basis of clinical and trichoscopic features of more than 20% variability in hair diameter between affected and uninvolved areas; extent will be assessed according to the Modified Hamilton Norwood classification assessed by an experienced dermatologist (co\-guide))
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.Dermatological disease of the scalp.
- •2\.Patient who has tendency to form keloid.
- •3\.Patient who had received medical/surgical treatment in the previous 6 months
- •4\.Bone marrow aplasia
- •5\.Platelet disorders, patients on antiaggregating and anticoagulant therapy,
- •6\.Uncompensated diabetes mellitus, sepsis, cancer, immunosuppression.
- •7\.Allergy to anaesthetics
