Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • 1\.Consenting consecutive males with Grade III\-IV Andogenetic alopecia of modified Hamilton Norwood scale aged 20\-49 years (The diagnosis of AGA will be established on the basis of clinical and trichoscopic features of more than 20% variability in hair diameter between affected and uninvolved areas; extent will be assessed according to the Modified Hamilton Norwood classification assessed by an experienced dermatologist (co\-guide))

Exclusion Criteria

  • 1\.Dermatological disease of the scalp.
  • 2\.Patient who has tendency to form keloid.
  • 3\.Patient who had received medical/surgical treatment in the previous 6 months
  • 4\.Bone marrow aplasia
  • 5\.Platelet disorders, patients on antiaggregating and anticoagulant therapy,
  • 6\.Uncompensated diabetes mellitus, sepsis, cancer, immunosuppression.
  • 7\.Allergy to anaesthetics
