Inclusion Criteria

  • •Age less than 45 years
  • •non\-obstructive azoospermia with testicular pathology tissue confirmation

Exclusion Criteria

  • •History of hormonal and genetic disorders
  • •History of taking hormonal supplements during the last year
  • •Presence of varicocele in examination or ultrasound
  • •Presence of Sertoli cell\-only syndrome report in testicular biopsy report
  • •History of undescended testicles
  • •History of acute epididymo\-orchitis
  • •Abnormal examination of testicles
  • •History of occupational exposure to chemical and radioactive substances
  • •Obstructive azoospermia.
