Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\.Age between 13 to 60 years
  • •2\.All subjects should have dry ears at least for 6 weeks
  • •3\.Patient with small, medium, or large perforation 4\.Normal eustachian tube function

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\.Age less than 13years and more than 60 years
  • •2\.Discharging ear
  • •3\.Eustachian tube block
  • •4\.Patient with subtotal or total perforation.
