Age 18 to 65 years
Hospitalization in the intensive care unit
Having an oral tracheal tube
Having a gastric tube through the nose

Exclusion Criteria

Pregnancy
Autoimmune diseases
Pulmonary infection or sepsis
Having artificial teeth
Smoker
