Inclusion Criteria
women with a first pregnancy, lack of systemic disease, non-use of some medications, such as antidepressants, lack of antenatal classes and written consent to participate in the study. Exclusion criteria: women who are pregnant with twins or more, continued to participate in counseling sessions and contraindications in breastfeeding and infant hospitalized after childbirth.

Name Time Method Breastfeeding self – efficacy. Timepoint: Before the intervention, immediately after intervention, two hours after delivery, time of discharge and First, second, third and fourth months after delivery. Method of measurement: breastfeeding Self efficacy questionnaire.
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Breastfeeding success. Timepoint: Before discharge and then monthly until the end of four months. Method of measurement: Exclusive breastfeeding Monthly form.
