入选标准
- •Patients giving written consent
- •Patients of either sex
- •Patients belonging to ASA grade I and II
- •Patients with anticipated difficult intubation
排除标准
- •Patient refusal.
- •Patient with pregnancy, known alcoholic or drug abuser, or on chronic opioid therapy.
- •Patient belonging to ASA grade IiII and above.
- •Patients having hypersensitive reaction to drugs involved in the study.
- •Patients with bradycardia, any atrioventricular block, heart failure, having significant neurological, hepatic,renal, and pulmonary disease.
- •Patients undergoing emergency surgeries.
- •Patients with psychiatric illness.
- •Contraindication for nasal intubation like thrombocytopenia or coagulopathies.
