- •Patients with Mallampati Grade-1&2
- •Patients undergoing elective surgeries under general anaesthesia

- •ASA Grade 3&4
- •Mallampatti grade 3 and 4
- •patients with cardio-respiratory, renal, hepatic or endocrine and muscular diseases
- •patients allergic to study drugs- Fentanyl ,Lignocaine Hydrochloride, Paracetamol and Magnesium sulphate
