入排标准
入选标准
- •1.Age group of 18 â?? 35 years
- •2.ASA II patients with full term pregnancy
- •3.Elective LSCS
- •4.Parturient giving informed written consent.
排除标准
- •1. Known hypertensive patients, patients on anti-
- •hypertensive drugs & uncontrolled PIH
- •2. Multiple Gestations
- •3. Obese ( > 90 kg) or BMI >30 kg/m2
- •4. Short stature ( < 140 cm)
- •5. Haemoglobin < 9gm/dl
- •6. Patients with spinal deformity or puncture site infection
- •7. Known hypersensitivity to any of the 3 drugs
- •8. Patients with bleeding diathesis or coagulopathy
