Age more than 18 years
have chronic functional constipation Moderate and mild based on ROM III criteria
Participation in the study

Exclusion Criteria

Lack of mobility and activity
addiction
Known metabolic disorder (diabetes)
Drug use that interferes
Nervous drug use
No medication as planned
Get constipation treatment over 2 weeks ago
Symptoms of acute gastroenteritis such as nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea during the study
