Inclusion Criteria
1. thoracotomy patient
2. good coorperate
3. age 24-75 years
Exclusion Criteria
1. reintubation after surgery and prolong mechanical ventilation
2. patients have pneumonectomy
3. could not upright > 90 degree
4. vital sign instability (HR >120 bpm, RR >30 bpm, SpO2 < 95%, BP < 90/>140 mmHg)
5. Limit range of motion at shoulder joint
6. re-surgery
