Inclusion Criteria
Patients with clinical diagnosis of Multiple Sclerosis in remitting-recurrent form according to the revised McDonald criteria;
EDSS (Expanded Disability Status Scale) up to 6.0 according to the Kurtzke scale;
Stable phase of the disease (after any 30 days of the outbreak);
Orbicular strenght of the lips sufficient to support the mouthpiece during respiratory assessment.
Exclusion Criteria
Any neurological disorder other than Multiple Sclerosis;
History of primary cardiopulmonary diseases;
Difficulty to understand simple instructions.
