- •NZHA II/IV despite HF therapy

- •severe noncardiac limitation to exercise
- •Other cause of PH besides HFpEF
- •Coronary ischemia or recent (6 months) myocardial infarction.
- •hypotension (90|50)
- •ongoing nitrate therapy
- •left sided valve dysfunction
- •severe liver dysfunction
