- •Inpatients with a depressive episode (ICD-10 F31, F32, F33;
- •HAMD-21: =17)
- •- Patients will only be included in the study after the study procedure has been explained in full and in detail and they have given their informed consent in writing
排除标准
- •- Pregnant or breastfeeding women
- •- Drug or alcohol addiction
- •- Dementia
- •- Depressive episode secondary to a somatic/neurological illness or substance dependence
- •- Severe concomitant neurological or internal illness that may falsify the test results (e.g. recent myocardial infarction, Cushing's disease, underlying rheumatic diseases)
- •- Other additional severe psychiatric comorbidities
- •- The patient is unable to understand the nature and scope of the study and is therefore unable to give consent.
- •- Inclusion not voluntary
- •- Regular systemic intake of steroids or non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs)
- •- Incompatibility with MR measurement
