A study to compare the pain relief and other associated effects during surgery and in the immediate postoperative period of a local anesthetic drug ropivacaine alone and along with steroid ,which prolongs the drug effect injected in supraclavicular nerve block used in arm and forearm surgeries.

ASA 1 nd asa 2 patients
both gender,
BMI between 18-24.9
Exclusion Criteria
patient refusal
patients with history of bleeding disorders
patient on anticoagulants
patient allergic to local anesthesia toxicity
psychiatric patients
local infection
