Inclusion Criteria
1. Patient attended with the classical signs and symptoms of aabhyantara arsha.
2. Patients who will be ready to give written informed consent.
3. Patients of age group of 20 to 65 year of either sex.
Exclusion Criteria
1. External piles.
2. Patients with other systemic illness like uncontrolled diabetes mellitus, hypertension, malignacy etc.
3. HBsAg and retrovirus positive patients.
4. Secondary internal heamorrhoids because of other systemic disorders.
5. Rectal prolapse, pelvic pathology and Pregnancy.
