Osteoarthritis will be diagnosed based on radiographic and clinical criteria established by the American College of Rheumatology which is knee pain with at least one criteria out of three 1. Age more than 50 years 2. Morning stiffness less than 30 minutes 3. Crepitus with osteophytes on X-ray
1. Any other source of knee pain(pain referring from the low back, hip joint)
2. Any history of ligament or meniscus injury of the knee joint
3. Any history of malignancy, tuberculosis and infective conditions
4. Any other neurological, cardiovascular and psychological pathology
5. Any previous surgeries around the knee joint
