Inclusion Criteria

1.Adults who diagnosed cirrhosis
2.Liver frailty index more than 4.5

Exclusion Criteria

1.Patitents who recieved branch chain amino acid in 1 year
2.Patients was diagnosed hepatic encephalopathy more than stage 2
3.Patients was diagnosed hepatocellular carcinoma
4.Patients was diagnosed malignancy or severe comorbidity which survival less than 6months Exp congestive heart failure , COPD , ESRD
5.Pregnancy and breast feeding
6.Patients was post organ transplant
7.Patients was admit in hospital within 1 month
8.Patients was poor diabetic control (HbA1c more than 8.5)
