Inclusion Criteria
1 Playing chess continuity of min 6 months.
2 Normal BMI.
3 SCAT score more than average.(online scoring)
Exclusion Criteria
1) H/O recent surgery/open wound on neck region.
2) H/O low blood sugar level & any other systemic issues.
3) H/O medications affecting ANS control.
4) H/O acute and chronic neck pain.
5) Skin problem.
6) Chronic smoking and alcoholic.
