Inclusion Criteria
Patients who have already undergone surgery for a head and neck tumor and who have written informed consent for the use of residual material, in which residual tumor tissue has been accrued and preserved
or
- Patients undergoing surgery for a head and neck tumor and who have accrued residual tumor tissue
or
- There is a signed informed consent from the patient for participation in the TROPHY study.

Name Time Method - to demonstrate that TROPHY imaging is suitable to describe specific characteristics of tumors and changes under therapy by morphochemical tissue and cell analysis<br>- For this purpose, tissue from head and neck tumors is characterized using standard methods (histology, immunohistology, molecular diagnostics) and the results are compared with the results of TROPHY microscopy
