Primary Outcome Measures
NameTimeMethod
Proof-of-principle that this method is suitable for studying human tumor tissue
Secondary Outcome Measures
NameTimeMethod
- to demonstrate that TROPHY imaging is suitable to describe specific characteristics of tumors and changes under therapy by morphochemical tissue and cell analysis<br>- For this purpose, tissue from head and neck tumors is characterized using standard methods (histology, immunohistology, molecular diagnostics) and the results are compared with the results of TROPHY microscopy
