(1)Patients with or without clinical features of mutrashmari . (2)Stone size not more than 8 mm. (3)Pt. With solitary or multiple urinari calculi.
Patients with uncontrolled diabetes mellitus, severe degree pain and local tenderness present in flank. patient with hypertension , harmonal imabalance , or chronic renal disorders like renal carcinoma, renal tuberculosis, acute or chronic renal failure chronic nephritis.pregnant and lactating mother were be excluded. Stone size more than 8 mm . Or pt. Suffering from gall bladder stone . And co morbidity of urinary strictures , CA ureter , CA prostate , meatal stenosis were excluded from study.
