Inclusion Criteria
1) Adolescents of age between 13-19 years.
2) Adolescents having signs and symptoms Psychological distress (DAS).
3) Overtly healthy adolescents.
4) Adolescents whose parents are willing to give consent for clinical trial.
Exclusion Criteria
1) Any past history of diagnosed mental illness.
2) Any severe mental illness requiring hospitalization.
3) Adolescents suffering from major systemic illness necessitating long term treatment like, Known Case of Anemia, Hypothyroidism and Juvenile Diabetes mellitus.
4) H/o hypersensitivity to any drug.
5) Adolescents whom parents are not willing to give consent for clinical trial.
