Inclusion Criteria

Patients Over 12 years old
Asthma diagnosed using spirometry with and without salbutamol
Patients should be placed in stages 3 and 4 in terms of severity of the disease.

Exclusion Criteria

Cardiovascular patients
Asthma attack has led to hospitalization in the last six months
BMI above 35
Chronic illnesses, such as occupational diseases
Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease
Interstitial lung disease
Nasal polyps and sinusitis
Esophageal reflux
Heart failure
Oral candidiasis
Desphony
Pregnancy
smokers
People with specific food allergies
