Inclusion criteria for Parkinson patients:
- diagnosed Parkinson's disease according to the UK BrainBank Clinical Diagnosis Criteria
- No diagnosed further neurological disease or disease of the locomotor system
- motor symptoms for at least two years
- healthy skin at the body positions where sensors are attached
- The subject must be able to walk 20 m without aids
- Consentable and sufficiently oriented
- The subject should be accompanied by a healthy representative
Inclusion criteria for controll group:
- healthy skin at the body positions where sensors are attached
- The subject must be able to walk 20 m without aids
- Consentable and sufficiently oriented
- The subject should be accompanied by a healthy representative
Exclusion criteria for Parkinson patients:
- Diagnosed neurological disease (except Parkinson's disease) or disease of the movement apparatus
- Damaged skin (wounds, rash) at the body positions where sensors are to be attached
- Patients who have no accompanying or reference person
- people who are not able to assess the situation and the study correctly
Exclusion criteria for controll group:

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Analysis of movement data with regard to characteristic values, which allows a classification of the severity of the disease.<br>The movements of subjects are recorded during the a) diadochokinetic exercise and the b) stand-up-and-go test with 8 inertial sensors on the extremities. The recording is carried out with inertial measuring units (as typically used by fitness tracker), which transmit the data via Bluetooth to smartphone. Immediately after a patient's visit, a check is made to see if the data set is complete and error-free. For this purpose, all data is displayed as a diagram over time and evaluated by a trained employee. Goal is to record 35 complete data sets.
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method This is a pilot study in which the basic suitability of the recorded data is to be investigated. Each patient is usually examined only once. A patient is completed when all four described motion tests have been successfully recorded.
