1. American Society of Anaesthesiologists (ASA) grade I and II patients,
2. Patients aged 18-65 years,
3. Patients undergoing elective spine surgery in prone position.
Patients with
1. Hypertension (BP >140/90 mmHg),
2. Uncontrolled Diabetes Mellitus,
3. Arrhythmias,
4. ASA grade III & IV,
5. Previous spine surgery,
6. Morbid obesity (BMI >35 kg m-2),
7. H/O drug abuse,
8. Severe respiratory disease such as asthma, COPD
9. Severe hepatic, renal, endocrine disease
10. Cardiac dysfunction such as IHD and valvular heart disease
