Inclusion Criteria
1)Subjects suffering from Gridhrasi, presenting with the classical signs and symptoms like Ruk, Toda, Sthamba, Gourava, Spandana in the Sphik, Kati, Prushta, Uru,Janu and Jangha respectively.
2)Between the age group 20-60 years, irrespective of gender.
3)Subjects who is fit for Basti Chikitsa mentioned in classics.
4)Subjects with Radiological evidence of disc bulge in M R I of Lumbar spine.
Exclusion Criteria
1)subjects suffering with Any systemic diseases like diabetes IHD which interfere with the course of treatment.
2)Subjects with evidence of congenital anomalies of spine, Tuberculosis of spine, Traumatic fracture, Neoplasm and Epidural abscess.
3) Pregnant women and lactating mother.
