Inclusion Criteria
Women aged 18 years who
need hysteroscopy guided biopsy.
Exclusion Criteria
Pregnant women
ii) Women with pelvic
inflammatory diseases
iii) Women with hypersensitivity
to lidocaine
iv) History of cardiac disease,
seizure disorder or bleeding
disorder.
v) Previous history of cervical
surgery.
vi) If cervical priming is used
